The output
Understanding your result
The result is a visual comparison made from your two photos. It is useful when the car stays recognisable and the wheel reads clearly; it is not a promise that the physical wheel will fit.
- The car, background and camera angle should stay in place.
- The wheel design and finish should be the main change.
- Small artefacts are normal; judge the overall proportion and look.
What the preview tries to preserve
The car body, paint, ride height, lighting, background and camera angle are kept as close to the original as possible. The wheel is replaced, not the whole car. That is what makes the result useful for comparing one design against another on the same vehicle.
Reflections on the paint and the shape of the arch can shift slightly when the wheel changes. Look at the overall result first, then inspect the wheel area at full size.
Small artefacts are normal
AI image generation can leave small differences around the wheel arch, brake disc, tyre lettering or the edge of the rim. A spoke may merge with the background, or a reflection may not match the original exactly.
These artefacts matter if they change the decision. They do not mean the preview is useless. Compare the design, finish and approximate proportion, then use the numbers for the fitment decision.
How to judge a result
- Does the car still look like the same car?
- Is the wheel design readable at normal viewing size?
- Does the finish look like the reference, not a vague approximation?
- Is the wheel sitting in a plausible position within the arch?
- Are there obvious artefacts that change the answer?
When to try again
If the car changed shape, the background moved or the wheel is in the wrong place, the source images are usually the problem. Try a cleaner car photo or a more straight-on wheel reference before spending another credit.
If the result is close but one detail is off, decide whether that detail affects your choice. A slightly imperfect centre cap is not a reason to reject an otherwise useful comparison; a wheel that appears to sit outside the arch might be.
See a wheel on your own car before you buy it.
